McCarthy Building Company, per Texas Government Code Chapter 2269 (Subchapter F), is the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the CITY OF PEARLAND's Barry Rose WRF Replacement, Expansion Project and Longwood WRF Decommissioning Project. McCarthy is seeking interested suppliers, contractors and subcontractors to perform specified scopes of work on the forced main connecting the Longwood lift station to the new Barry Rose Plant, supply and installation of signage for the entire project, and decommissioning and backfill of the existing Barry Rose WRF and Longwood WRF. Question Deadline 08/14/2025 at 5:00 PM CT All questions shall be submitted via CIVCAST. All answers to questions shall be posted in CIVCAST. Answers to questions posted in CIVCAST are for informational purposes, only formal addenda will be considered contract documents. All addenda will be issued via CIVCAST.
