Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) Placerville Area Office, the services described herein: furnish all supplies (including cleaning/chemical agents, paper products including 2-ply toilet paper, trash can liners, consumables, etc.), materials, tools, equipment (including, but not limited to, brooms, buffers, and mops), labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide (approximately 3,000 square feet) five (5) days per week Janitorial Services in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement. CHP Placerville Area Office 301 Lo Hi Way Placerville, CA 95667 The term of the resulting agreement is anticipated to be effective from October 01, 2024 through September, 2026 with one (1) one-year options to extend by the state. The agreement term may change if CHP makes an award earlier than expected or if CHP cannot execute the agreement in a timely manner due to unforeseen delays. CHP reserves the right to extend the term of the resulting agreement as necessary to complete or continue the services. Agreement extensions are subject to satisfactory performance, funding availability, and possibly approval by Department of General Services (DGS). License Requirements: Local City or County business license CHP reserves the right to contact an inquirer to seek clarification of any inquiry received.
