The Bidder shall forfeit its bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount for failure to deliver to the Oklahoma City Airport Trust a properly executed agreement, bonds, and certificate(s) of insurance within ten (10) days of written notification of the Award of Contract to Bidder. The TRUST may require up to forty-five (45) days from receipt of bids to award of contract.
