Description

This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Providence, Rhode Island. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

Vendor to clean and disinfect all the air handling units, including but not limited to, chilled water coils, fans, entire ductwork, all VAV boxes and reheat coils, registers and return air grilles, exhaust fan grilles serving the office areas at the above locations. Vendor shall also provide a Project Closeout Report including copies of digital photographs taken before and after the cleaning process of the areas serviced. The blanket period will be August 1, 2024, through July 31, 2025. NBC reserves the right to extend the blanket for three (3) additional twelve (12) month periods provided there is no change in the terms, conditions, specifications, and provided that such renewals are mutually agreed upon by both parties. NBC reserves the right to request pricing for future duct cleaning for additional buildings as deemed necessary.
