Saving Project...

Site work, renovation and addition to a municipal facility in Quispamsis, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the addition of a 1,440-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The Town of Rothesay is seeking qualified General Contractors to submit bids for the completion of a 36 foot x 40 foot extension to an existing salt storage facility as per the attached drawings. The extension will consist generally of a concrete foundation, floor, wood framed walls, trussed (hip) roof with asphalt shingle, man door, overhead doors, exterior wood cladding and unfinished interior. The project also includes the addition of venting cupolas (2) to the existing salt storage facility...bid bond in an amount equal to 10% of the total tender price including HST.
