Size, provide, and install Novel Aire recirculating dehumidifier or equivalent to serve the areas of parachute storage. Make any necessary changes to sprinkler layout to facilitate dehumidifier install. b. Size, provide, and install air curtains and overlapping clear PVC strip curtains for the rear roll-up door and the two rear entry doors. Enable automatic start if door is opened. Install any manual switch in a manner that discourages tampering or disabling of air curtain. Place cautionary floor markings in these areas with workers/forklift drivers. c. For the existing rear roll up door, install a means of control to enable three positions, down, partially up, and fully open. Set partially up to 7 d. Size, provide, and install a Rytec Spiral high speed roll up door or equivalent, in the front of B304. Place cautionary floor markings in these areas with workers/forklift drivers. Equip door with: i. ii. iii. Insulated panels, no window slats. Motion/presence detector/forklift sensor Pre-wired premium package iv. Control Box v. On/Off Key Switch e. Provide and install 4 wall mounted, 36 AirEye Big Ass Fans or equivalent. 2 on either end of building. Equip fans with: EC motor Variable speed controller Occupancy sensor Provide and install two industrial quality humidity sensors with audible alarms to be sounded if space exceeds 80%RH. Place on wall in vicinity of parachute storage. g. Unless explicitly offered, assume no controls support or as-built drawings; However, if approved, provide a minimum of 2 weeks of notice of when you will need Fort Moore controls support if approved. h. Provide temporary heating/cooling/dehumidification <80%RH if building HVAC will be down longer than 8hrs.
