This solicitation is for a Two Phase Design-Build Construction Multiple Award Task Order Contract in accordance with (IAW) FAR 36.303. The government will use a Best Value Trade Off Process. The solicitation is 100% Small Business Set-Aside acquisition for the award of up to twelve Indefinate Delivery Indefinate Quantity Multiple Award Task Order Contracts with a total capacity of $99,000,000. The awarded contracts will be for a base period of five years. New or renovated/repaired facilities involving architectural interiors/exteriors, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire suppression, communications, renewable energy, roofing, anti-terrorism, and force protection and/or structural systems, site work, air filled pavements, transportation systems (i.e., roads, highways, bridges, and/or parking), and/or stormwater management systems. Task Orders issued under any resultant contract(s) will be firm fixed price and may be either for design-build or design-bid-build General Construction between $500,000 and $7,500,000.
