A. This solicitation is for a Two Phase Design-Build Construction Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) in accordance with (IAW) FAR 36,303, The Government will use a Best Value Tradeoff Process. B. The solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside acquisition for the aw ard of up to twelve (12) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Multiple Aw ard Task Order Contracts with a total capacity of $99,000,000.00. The aw arded contracts will be for a base period of five (5) years. C. The proposal of the successful Offerors shall be incorporated by reference upon award of the contract, D. The Government will evaluate Phase I proposals IAW the criteria described herein and will select a target of fifteen (15) of the most highly qualified Offerors to participate in Phase II. E. The order limitation is stated at 52,216-19 in Section 00 70 00, F. Please note that failure to fill out ALL clauses/provisions in Section 00 45 00 may result in your proposal being found Non-Responsive. G. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS)-236220 Commerciall and Institutional Building Construction H. DUE DATE FOR ALL QUESTIONS SUBMITTED TO PROJNET IS 10 Calendar Days prior to proposal due date. The Contractor shall begin performance within. 10 calendar days and complete it within 1825 award.
