Originally constructed in 1879, it is listed as a Heritage station and a complete renovation was completed in 1984. VIA is launching the phase II to include the complete rehabilitation of the Chatham Station. The work must be substantially completed by May 30th, 2025. General Contractor must have a minimum of 10 years experience as well as a minimum of 5 years experience in Heritage properties. Subcontractors must have a minimum of 5 years experience in their related expertise of work, with previous experience working on renovation of historical and heritage projects. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
