The Melbourne Airport Authority (MAA) is seeking qualified firms to submit proposals for HVAC Preventative Maintenance and Services. The services to be performed are described in the attached Scope of Work (SOW) (Attachment A : Scope of Work) and in accordance with the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications and recommendations. The MAA will conduct a MANDATORY Pre-Proposal Site Visit on to be announced via Addendum, with a minimum of five (5) business days notice prior, meeting in the Airport Administrative Offices located above the baggage claim area on the second floor at the Melbourne Orlando International Airport, One Air Terminal Parkway, Suite 220, Melbourne, Florida 32901. Proposers must attend this meeting to be considered to submit a proposal on this RFP. Any Proposals received without any record of employees attending this site visit will be considered non-responsive and not considered in any evaluation or award. The initial (base) term of this contract will be for two (2) years, with three (3) additional one (1) year options that the Authority may exercise at its sole discretion. MAA anticipates an October 1, 2024 start date for this service. Any subsequent inspections must be requested and completed by Monday, August 12, 2024 at 5:00 PM. The last date to submit questions will be Wednesday, August 14, 2024 by 5:00 PM EST via email to swyllie-vitt@mlbair.com.
