Caledon State Park Rangers House Repairs Commodity Code: 91080 - Window Installation, Maintenance and Repair 91054 - Painting, Maintenance and Repair Services 91052 - Maintenance and Repair Services 91006 - Carpentry Maintenance and Repair Services Scope for Services: Remove and replace all windows in the house with Pella 150 series double hung, white, vinyl, with grids, Low-e, full screens, or approved equivalent. Contractor is responsible for all associated trim around each replacement window to include drywall, caulk, and paint. All windows shall be installed per manufacturers requirements and shall be subject to inspection by a park designated staff member, directly after installation. If applicable contractor shall install thruwall flashing in all areas that replacement windows are being installed.
