SCOPE OF WORK Background The JCSD Parks & Recreation Department is currently responsible for providing recreation programs, services, and events; managing over 250 acres of parkland, including 15 parks, a 30,000 square foot Community Center, a 5,000 square foot Activity Center; a 2.5-acre special event venue; graffiti abatement for the cities of Eastvale and Jurupa Valley; and maintaining over 4 million square feet of frontage and median landscaping. Project Overview The District is seeking bids from qualified general contractors to install perimeter fencing and an ADA accessible ramp and stairway at James C. Huber Park, located at 6411 Rolling Meadows, Eastvale, California.
