Scope of Services The City of Corona is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified contractors to provide root control services for the City of Corona Utilities Department. A full project description can be found in the Section IV of the attached RFP document. All prospective contractors shall access the Documents & Attachments Tab to review and download all RFP documents posted on the PlanetBids website for the Project. The solicitation documents include, but are not limited to, the RFP. Contractors shall complete the required forms in their entirety and submit electronically with their proposal through the PlanetBids system. Contractors will not be able to submit their proposals without uploading each of the required documents through the PlanetBids system. Contractors shall upload each required RFP form individually. Please allow sufficient time to fully complete and upload each and every document prior to the proposal submission deadline.
