Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Gladwyne, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Scope of Work The Township of Lower Merion is accepting bids for the site improvements, consisting of, but not limited to: selective demolition; replacement of fence and gate; stormwater management; construction of sidewalk; landscaping; erosion and sediment control measures; and site restoration. Award is planned for September 18, 2024 with Construction Notice to Proceed planned for October / November 2024 pending contract execution. A separate contract will be awarded for the playground equipment. Detailed specifications developed by Pennoni Associates, Inc. Questions regarding the project scope shall be submitted via the "Questions" feature in PennBid. The last day for receipt of written questions is end of business day of Friday, August 23, 2024.
