The work includes, but is nonlimited to, selective demolition; sanitary sewage bypass; installation of new sanitaryforcemain primarily by directional drilling and some areas by excavation; capping andabandoning existing forcemain; replacement of pipeand appurtenances; modification of existing structures; replacement of concrete slab;and site restoration. Award is planned for late January 2025 with ConstructionNotice to Proceed planned forMarch 2025 pending contractexecution. Detailed specifications developed by Pennoni Associates, Inc. Questions regarding the project scope shall besubmitted via the "Messages"feature in online . The last day for receipt of writtenquestions is end of businessday of Friday, December 6,2024. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to rejectany or all bids or parts thereofor to waive any informality orirregularity as deemed to thebest interest of the Township.
