Scope of Work The Township of Lower Merion is accepting bids for the site improvements, consisting of, but not limited to: selective demolition; replacement of fence and gate; stormwater management; construction of sidewalk; landscaping; erosion and sediment control measures; and site restoration. Award is planned for September 18, 2024 with Construction Notice to Proceed planned for October / November 2024 pending contract execution.
