Site work and paving for a civil project in Grapevine, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The project includes construction of public infrastructure in support of the Pecan Plaza development. More specifically, this project consists approximately 1600 LF of public water, approximately 2600 LF of public sanitary sewer, approximately 1600 LF of public storm drain, and approximately 6600 SY of reinforced concrete and an asphalt turning lane by FM 407 containing approximately 600 SY of asphalt. A cashier s check or certified check on a Texas bank or thrift with FDIC insurance, or acceptable bidder s bond on a Surety authorized to operate in the State of Texas, payable to the HP Gibbs, in the amount of not less than five (5) percent of the bid base submitted must accompany each bid as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the Bidder will, within ten (10) days after the receipt of Notice of Award, enter into a contract and execute bonds on the forms provided in the Contract Documents which include Performance and Payment Bonds at time of contracting. Maintenance Bonds will be required at project acceptance. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and waive any and/or all formalities. In case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating proposal prices, HP Gibbs reserves the right to adopt the most advantageous construction thereof, or to reject any or all bids and waive any or all formalities.
