The Work In Connection With This Project Constitutes Public Works By A Public Body Under The Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Question Deadline 08/16/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be submitted via the Messages / Vendor Discussion feature in PennBid. Questions received less than five (5) days before the date for the opening of Bids may not be answered Bidders Are Advised That Workers On This Project Must Be Paid The Prevailing Minimum Wage Rates Promulgated By The Pennsylvania Secretary Of Labor. All Bidders Must Be Penndot Prequalified As A Prime Contractor And Be Prequalified In The Specific Penndot Work Class Codes That Constitute At Least 50% Of The Project. The Project Will Be Constructed In Conformance With Penndot Publication 408 (Latest Edition) And The Project's Technical Provisions. No Bid May Be Withdrawn Within Sixty (60) Days Of The Opening Date. East Bradford Twp Reserves The Right To Reject All Bids And Waive Any Bidding Informalities.
