The extent of work involves the removal of existing traffic signal supports and signal heads, and the installation of supports, controller cabinet, and detection systems at the following intersection in Westtown Township, Chester County: - Street Road (SR 0926) & Shady Grove Way Street Road (SR 0926) and Shady Grove Way Green-Light-Go Project Question Deadline 09/04/2024 at 10:00 AM ET Location online portal. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond and Labor and Materialmen's Bond in the amount of 100%; and a Maintenance Bond in the amount of 25% for the Contract price up to $200,000 plus 10% above $200,000. Prospective bidders must be pre-qualified No bidder may withdraw bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids.
