Site work for a water / sewer project in Westtown Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project Consists of the Restoration and Conversion of an Existing Storm water Basin Into a Wet Pond/retention Basin. This Work Includes but is Not Limited to the Excavation of Soil From Basin, Installation of New Outlet Structure, Installation of Headwalls, Rip Rap Aprons, and Plantings. Bids Will Be Received for a Single Prime Contract. Bids Shall Be on a Unit Price Basis, as Indicated in the Bid Form. Westtown Township, Owner, Hereby Reserves the Right, Which is Understood and Agreed to by All Bidders, to Refuse and Reject Any or All Bids Submitted, and Also Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informality in Bids Received. Question Deadline 06/04/2024 at 5:00 PM ET All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing.
