Bidder's attention is called to all of the requirements contained in this bid package, particularly to the PA Prevailing Wage Rates, Public Works Employment Verification, various insurance requirements, various equal opportunity provisions, various Nondiscrimination/Sexual Harassment Provisions, Special Provisions for Commonwealth Contracts, any other requirements by PA Commonwealth Financing Authority, and the requirements for a payment bond and performance bond for 100% of the contract price and a one year maintenance bond for 10% of the contract price. Note that this project is subject to all Township and State standards, rules and regulations. The Township of Thornbury reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids thereof, and waive any information in the bidding, as they deem are in the best interest of the Township.
