Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Greenville, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The GARCC (Greenville Area Recreation & Community Center) is replacing an air handler unit. Air Handler Unit must include the following: 10 Ton Hot Water Coil Air Handler First Co. 180SHWC4 or comparable model Removal of Old Unit & Installation of New Unit Hook to existing supply and return. Hook to existing hot water and supply and return. Hook to existing electric.
