Reference Number: 0000358834 It is the intent of the City of Rochester to establish a contract for lawn maintenance, including mowing and debris cleanup, at various assigned City-owned large site Parks and Open Spaces. The contract resulting from this Bid Invitation shall commence on the date of award and end on December 31, 2025. The City may extend the contract under the same terms and conditions for up to three (3) additional years in increments of one (1) year periods or less, provided such extension is mutually agreeable General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - FOB Destination - Insurance Required Award Requirements - All or None Award - Reserve Rights to Award by Line Item Bid Bond 1000 $ 1 A cash bid bond in an amount of One-Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) must be submitted with the bid. The bid security must be cash, certified check, bank check, or irrevocable letter of credit payable to the City of Rochester The $1,000.00 bid security of the successful bidder will be rolled over to a performance security. The $1,000.00 performance security shall be held as security for the faithful performance by the Contractor of all items and conditions of the contract. It will be released within ten (10) days of receipt of approval of contract completion if requested by the Contractor, or at the end of the season. However, the City reserves the right to hold the performance security upon approval of the Contractor to be used as the performance security for any contract extension.
