Knox Hall - Chilled water Entrance Reconfiguration All work on this Contract is to be completed by Friday, January 17th, 2025, starting on or after the University's Notice to Proceed is received which shall be forwarded to the Contractor(s) upon approval of the contract of the New York State Comptroller. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid Each Proposal must be accompanied by the required amount of the bid security, which is 5% of the Total Bid, in the form of a bank draft or certified check, payable at sight to the University and drawn on a bank authorized to do business in the United States, or by a Bid Bond, on a form approved by the University, duly executed by the bidder as principal and having as surety thereon a surety company or companies, approved by the University, authorized to do business in the State of New York as a surety. Attorneys-in-fact who execute a Bid Bond on behalf of a surety must affix thereto a certified and effectively dated copy of their power of attorney. The State University of New York reserves the right to reject any or all bids
