Reference Number : 0000358553 The Big Sky Fire Department ("Owner") invites Proposals from interested construction Firms to fill the role of Construction Manager/General Contractor ("CM/GC", "Contractor", "Firm" or "Team"). The Owner is conducting a qualifications-based selection process to retain a Firm for the Fire Station No. 3 Project (the "Project") located between South Fork Road and Inspiration Point Road. The Owner intends to secure the services of a CM/GC Team that will provide comprehensive preconstruction and construction services in order to complete the Project. The Owner reserves the right to award the Project based on best overall value.
