Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Los Altos, California. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

The community buildings at Grant Park are aged and in need of upgrades to provide the amenities desired for the Recreation programming and community services for the surrounding community. The essential need is hot water in the activity room wing and air conditioning in both wings. In order to do that the electrical service for the entire facility must be increased. This project is to add these essentials to the buildings at Grant Park. Construction costs include facility rewiring, panel upgrades, PG&E upgrades and approvals, new and upgraded HVAC mechanical components, HVAC thermostats, HVAC control systems, hot water mechanical and plumbing connections. The project is included in the City of Los Alto's FY 2024-2029 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of July 30, 2024, information regarding a design team or a general contractor is not available. Design and construction is anticipated in 2024/2025.* *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
