Construction has been completed. The City of Livermore (City) Community Development Department, Engineering Division is seeking to pre-qualify Contractors for the Flagpole Plaza and Downtown Streetscape Improvements Project CIP No. 202225. The project is located at the intersection of South Livermore Avenue and First Street. This project consists of streetscape improvements to the Flagpole Plaza and six other downtown streetscape corners. Improvements include hardscape, accessibility, landscaping, outdoor seating, tables, shade canopies, and lights. These improvements are located in the City's downtown core and the majority of improvements will occur adjacent to businesses that will need to be open during construction. The engineer's estimated construction cost is currently estimated at two million dollars. These improvements will accommodate expanded outdoor dining, provide design consistency in the downtown core and upgrade accessibility. Interested Contractors are invited to respond to this RFQ by submitting a single statement of qualifications (SOQ) for consideration by the City as outlined in the RFQ Package.
