Qualified and experienced companies for the upgrade or replacement of the existing Physical Access Control System (PACS), Visual Surveillance System (VSS), addition of an ID Credential Management System (ICMS) and replacement of various associated field hardware at the Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport (LIT). All Respondents shall make good faith efforts, as defined by Appendix A of 49 CFR Part 26, Regulations of the Office of the Secretary of Transportation, to ensure a minimum of 18% of the dollar value of the construction cost is subcontracted to small business concerns owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals (DBE). Respondents must be licensed to perform work within the state of Arkansas. Responses must remain in effect for 90 days after the Response date.
