Reference number: 20009907 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2024-08-14 Expected contract duration without options (in months) 36 NOTICE is hereby given by the undersigned that Ville de Laval will receive bids for: Valorization of granulated municipal biosolids at the La Pinière wastewater treatment plant. Only bids submitted on the documents specially prepared for this purpose and found to comply with the conditions listed in the tender documents will be considered. Bids must be delivered to the Clerk in a sealed envelope, be clearly identified on the outer envelope as to bid number and bidder's name, and be submitted on the documents prepared for this purpose. Please note that the deadline for receipt of bids and the bid opening date set out in this notice may be extended by the publication of an addendum. It is the responsibility of bidders to verify this before submitting their bids. However, Ville de Laval reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any of the bids and not to incur any proceedings or claims for costs or losses incurred by the bidders. Furthermore, Ville de Laval shall not be liable for any written notices or documents transmitted through the electronic system that are incomplete or contain any errors or omissions whatsoever. Consequently, all bidders must ensure that they obtain all documents related to this call for tenders before submitting a bid.
