Renovation of a multi-residential development in Laval, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a eight-story above grade, 103-unit multi-residential development.
Upgrades, repairs and improvements to the municipal housing building. The scope of work includes interior repairs, replacement of the kitchens, bathrooms of the dwellings, as well as the distribution network (domestic water, hot water, recirculated water) and water drainage. The scope of the project also includes repairs of the electrical network and the plumbing and movement of the building generator to ground level, in a new accessory building adjacent to the main structure. TIMELINE: Price submitted by potential consultant to the RFP 001-22-22CS/20014753 was significantly higher than the initial budget planned. None of the bids received on September 19, 2024 relating to the project cited in the section were accepted. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
