Reference Number 0000358912 Source ID PU.AG.USA.2288.C2713701 Job Location 1070 Transit Dr. Colorado Springs, Colorado United States 80903 Piggyback Contract No The City of Colorado Springs dba Mountain Metro Transit (MMT) requests proposals from qualified contractors for the construction and restoration required to refresh approximately 2,178 square feet of office space located at 1070 Transit Dr. Question Deadline 08/13/2024 at 5:00 PM MT Questions about the RFQ must be submitted via email to TransitContracting@coloradosprings.gov The project is located at 1070 Transit Drive, Colorado Springs, CO, 80903, and the Contractor will have access to the site during the hours of 7am-4:30pm weekdays. The Contractor shall coordinate the project construction schedule with the MMT Project Manager (PM). The contractor must make prior arrangements with the MMT PM for additional hours of work or for work on Saturdays and Sundays The period of performance for this project will be 30 days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. If work falls behind the approved schedule, Contractor must take such action as necessary to appreciably improve its progress, without additional cost to MMT.
