The Contractor shall coordinate the project construction schedule with the MMT Project Manager (PM). The contractor must make prior arrangements with the MMT PM for additional hours of work or for work on Saturdays and Sundays The period of performance for this project will be 30 days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. If work falls behind the approved schedule, Contractor must take such action as necessary to appreciably improve its progress, without additional cost to MMT.
