This project provides for street and sidewalk repair due to a burst water pipe at Martin Way and Lilly Rd, to include traffic control, all in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Engineer's Probable Opinion of Cost ranges from $95,000 to $125,000. All bids must be submitted on the forms furnished for that purpose, and each proposal must be accompanied by bid bond, or certified check made payable to the City of Olympia, in an amount of not less than (5) percent of the total bid amount. A photocopy of the bid bond or certified check may be uploaded through the Project Bid Portal, however, the physical copy must be received by the City at Olympia City Hall located at 601 4th Avenue East, Olympia WA, 98501 by 12:00 pm (noon) of the second business day following the bid submittal deadline.
