Renovation of a fire / police facility in Winfield, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,962-square-foot, one-story above grade fire / police facility.

All work for the complete construction of the Project will be under multiple subcontracted bids with Professional Building Services serving as Construction Manager based on bids received. The Construction Manager will coordinate and manage the construction of the Project. A certified or cashier's check payable to the Town of Winfield or a bid bond in an amount equal to ten (10%) percent of the bid amount must accompany each bid. All checks from unsuccessful bidders will be returned to them by the Town upon selection of the successful bidder. The successful bidder will be required to provide both a Performance and Payment Bond, each portion in the amount of one hundred (100%) percent of the Contract amount. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid and to waive any irregularities in bidding. All Bids may be held for a period not to exceed 60 days before awarding contracts. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding, should the Town deem it to be in the public interest to do so. The project consists of the Interior Alteration of the Town of Winfield Police Department at 10688 Randolph Street, Winfield. The Project Documents may be examined at the Winfield Town Hall on or after July 29th, 2024, or which are on file with the Town at the location of, B & H Technical Service.
