Kitchen Renovations in multiple apartments Funding for this project is from the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) awarded to the City of New Rochelle, an entitlement community, by the United State Department of Housing & Urban Development Firms qualified and certified as Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) and Women Business Enterprises (WBE) are strongly encouraged to submit a bid. It is the public policy of the City of New Rochelle to promote the opportunity for full participation by minority and women's business enterprises (MBE and WBE) in all community development programs receiving funds from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. a. The bidders/offerors must submit documentary evidence of minority and women business enterprises who have been contacted and to whom commitments have been made. Documentation of such solicitations and commitments shall be submitted concurrently with the bid.
