Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Bellevue, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Interested bidders must obtain the bid documents to the Owner. City Centre Parking Lot Improvements Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. The estimated cost of the project is $384,000. Bids shall be sealed and marked as City Centre Parking Lot Improvements and placed inside a mailing envelope addressed to: City of Bellevue William J. Brugnone, Safety-Service Director 3000 Seneca Industrial Parkway Bellevue, OH 44811 Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable, use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of their project. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposals received.
