Site work and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Langley, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Corporation of the Township of Langley invites tenders for Yorkson Community Park (YCP) Enhancements will include the site servicing, earthworks and construction of a new synthetic field, parking lot, and affiliated landscape. Optional pricing for Multi-use trail enhancement is to be included with the tender. The scope includes removal of lighting from Willoughby Community Park for repurposing at the synthetic field at Yorkson Community Park with complete energization and commissioning. The integration of new lighting at Willoughby Community Park is to be provided to replace the relocated lights. The YCP scope includes parking lot lighting and additional electrical works.
