Description

Renovation of a multi-residential development in Regina, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

Replacement of Twenty-one (21) windows and Two (2) Sliding Patio Doors in the Common Hallways looking into the Two (2) Center Courtyards in a three-storey apartment building. Replacement windows and Patio doors shall be PVC construction. Plans and specifications are available from Living Skies Housing Authority electronically at 306-537-8157. Tenders must be accompanied by an electronic copy of the Bid Bond and 'Consent of Surety' in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the tender. Certified cheques will NOT be accepted. The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
