Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Overland Park, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Contractor shall provide the construction, materials, labor and equipment to construct four (4) new pickleball courts. Work to be performed shall include: site survey, preparation, additional demolition (if required) excavation, grading, perimeter concrete curb, adjoining concrete sidewalks, post tension concrete slab including court base, surfacing, perimeter, interior and exterior black vinyl coated chain link fence and gates, Install four (4) pickleball court nets, posts and sleeves. For all required tasks follow installation as indicated on Exhibit A. The City will be responsible for the following tasks: a. Removal of the existing sidewalks.to comply with ADA (as necessary) b. Private Utility locates c. Materials and installation of necessary drainage. d. Provide and install pickleball posts and sleeves. e. Provide pickleball court lighting and installation as recommended. f. Provide any additional landscaping. Replace pickl ball courts. Site Address: 10515 W 135th Street Overland Park KS
