**As of September 5 , 2024 project was awarded to Boxabl Inc but awarded amount is not available.** Furnish a new Police Training Tactical Village for emergency personnel for use at the Eldorado Valley Regional Public Safety Training Facility (EVRPSTF), located in Boulder City, Nevada. The City and Boulder City, in a joint partnership, oversee the EVRPSTF. In effort to make improvement to the facility, the EVRPSTF was awarded a federal equipment grant. As part of the award, $1,760,000 in funding was made available for the purchase of equipment (modular structures) for a new Police Training Tactical Village with shade structures. Due to grant limitations, the modular and shade structures must require no on-site construction and be delivered as stand-alone equipment. The intent is to have a series of modular structures that can be combined in different configurations simulating a range of commercial and residential environments, and then rearranged in other varieties of floor plan layouts. Upon completion of the City's approval process, the City will issue the successful Proposer a formal Purchase Order and/or Contract for the purchase. In the event any reference is found to be unsatisfactory, the City reserves the right to reject the Proposer's offer. The City may require the shortlisted Proposers to give a presentation and/or may request further information from Proposers as part of the initial evaluation process. Failure to provide information or provide a presentation may eliminate a Proposer from further consideration. Proposers invited for interviews/presentations will be notified of their appointment at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the scheduled date. Following interviews/presentations, evaluators will submit their rankings and participate in a post-evaluation conference to discuss the selection(s). The City reserves the right to consider any other factors when evaluating Proposals, when such consideration serves the goals and interests of the City. The City will not be liable for, nor will it reimburse, costs associated with proposals or associated interviews or correspondence that may or may not result in the award of a contract. In the event the City is unable to finalize a satisfactory agreement with the highest ranked Proposer(s) within a reasonable time period, and at a price determined to be fair and reasonable to the City, discussions with that Proposer shall be formally terminated. The City may then, at its sole discretion, begin discussions with the second highest ranking proposer or may cancel and reissue this RFP. The Proposer will be responsible for designing a Police Training Tactical Village that includes shade structures. The village will be comprised of a range of customizable modular structures designed to simulate residential, commercial, multifamily building types and shade structures. The total area of the proposed training village is estimated at 197,000 square feet. Attachment A, Aerial View, provides approximate measurements of the area.
