Bid Intent Not Available The Town of Apple Valley is seeking a qualified consultant to support the Rancherias Plaza Frontage Road Conversion Project-identified as a priority in the Town's Highway 18 Access Plan. The project aims to remove the Outer Highway 18 North frontage road between Rancherias Road and Bass Hill Road, introduce a raised median, and improve intersection access to enhance circulation and support commercial revitalization. The selected consultant will provide comprehensive planning, engineering, and grant support services. This includes preparation of preliminary design concepts, traffic and circulation analysis, and coordination with Caltrans and other relevant agencies. The consultant will also be responsible for developing detailed cost estimates, preparing a cost-benefit analysis, and assembling technical documentation required for federal grant applications. Additional tasks include property owner engagement, preparation of exhibits and graphics, and environmental documentation as needed to advance the project toward implementation.
