Notice is hereby given that the San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools/CAHELP will receive sealed bids up to, but no later than, the time fixed above for the CAHELP - Spirit River tenant improvements project, which involves converting an existing suite that is located in the Spirit River complex to accommodate DMCC's Comprehensive Assessment, Research, and Evaluation (CARE) clinic - not for use of student instruction. Bids shall remain open, valid, and subject to acceptance anytime within ninety (90) days after the bid opening date and time unless otherwise stipulated. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of Ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount. In accordance with the provision of Public Contract Code Section 20111; substitution of eligible and equivalent securities under this contract will be permitted at the request and expense of the Bidder. The Contractor and all subcontractors shall furnish certified payroll records as required pursuant to Labor Code section 1776 directly to the Labor Commissioner in accordance with Labor Code section 1771.4 on at least a monthly basis (or more frequently if required by the SUPERINTENDENT/CAHELP or the Labor Commissioner) and in a format prescribed by the Labor Commissioner.
