Reference Number 0000353358 The Town of Apple Valley (Town) is seeking to retain the services of a qualified and experienced Right of Way (ROW) consultant (Consultant) to provide the professional and technical services required to obtain Temporary Construction Easements for the Yucca Loma Road Widening project (Project). The project will be funded by local Traffic Impact Fees. Yucca Loma Road is classified as a Major Road in the Town's Circulation Element and runs east/west through the center of town. The Town has prepared plans to reconstruct the segment between Apple Valley Road on the west and just beyond Rincon Road to the east. Prior to commencing construction, the Town needs to acquire an estimated 24 Temporary Construction Easements (TCE) all from single family homes. While all work will be constructed in the public right of way, crews will need to impede private property for the construction of driveways and retaining walls. The selected consultant will be tasked with coordinating the acquisition of all TCEs along the project corridor as shown on the attached plans.
