Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Apple Valley, California. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

Reference Number 0000352927 COST ESTIMATE: $250,000.00 The Project generally consists of providing the labor, equipment, and materials for the furnishing and installation of eight (8) new ballfield backstops at various park locations as noted in Exhibit A. The Contractor will be responsible for all demolition, footing removal, haul away and disposal of existing materials. Delivery of materials, sitework, and construction of eight (8) new backstops will be the responsibility of the Contractor. Submittals must include signed and stamped plans by a California Registered Civil Engineer. Work on the Project shall be completed within 35 working days, and work must be completed no later than August 30, 2024. The projected award date is June 25, 2024. There will be a pre-construction meeting on or about June 27, 2024, and mobilization shall occur on or about July 10, 2024. Bids must be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashier's check, or a Bid Bond in favor of the Town in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the submitted Total Bid Price. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish the Town with Payment and Performance Bonds equal to 100% of the Contract Price, prior to execution of the Contract. All bonds are to be secured from a surety that meets all of the State of California bonding requirements, as defined in Code of Civil Procedure section 995.120, and is admitted by the State of California.
