Franklin Street (partial area) Location #3: West View Cemetery, 200 Ernest Byner Street (partial area) In responding to this bid, it is important that all vendors follow the prescribed format so that each vendor will be providing comparable data to that submitted by other vendors and thus be assured of fair and objective treatment in the City's review and evaluation process.
