Saving Project...

Demolition, site work, new construction and renovation of a municipal facility in Hagerstown, Maryland. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Project entails renovations to the first floor of the Hagerstown City Hall building at 1 E. Franklin Street, including demolition, new construction, HVAC, and other related work items. This project entails the renovations of a portion of the first floor of City Hall, and all labor, material, time, and other related items necessary to complete the project in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by Newcomer Associates. One hundred twenty (120) calendar days is the length of the contract. Liquidated damages are assessed at $1500.00 per day. 10% Bid Bond, Cashier's Check or Certified Check to be submitted with the Sealed Proposal. The successful Bidder shall submit a 100% Performance Bond and a Labor & Materials Payment Bond upon award of contract.
