Reference number: 20010673 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2024-08-13 Expected contract duration without options (in months) 12 The Regie intermunicipale d'assainissement des eaux usees de Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville et Saint-Basile-le-Grand (hereinafter "the Regie") invites bids for the provision of wastewater laboratory analysis services for the initial characterization of the wastewater treatment plant effluent as part of the Regie's attestation d'assainissement municipale (AAM) for the year 2025. It is the bidder's responsibility to check with the Regie that the envelope containing the bid has been received within the specified time, bearing the information mentioned in the specifications, and has been mailed, delivered by hand or sent by courier. Tenders sent by fax or e-mail will not be accepted. Anyone wishing to submit a bid must read and comply at all times with the Regulation respecting contract management, the delegation of powers to certain public servants and the rules governing budgetary control and monitoring (Appendix). Failure to do so may result in the bid being rejected or the contract being terminated by the Regie if non-compliance is discovered after the contract has been awarded. The Regie reserves the right to deduct from the contract certain parts of the work, materials, equipment or services required under this call for tenders, without the bidder being entitled to withdraw its bid or revise upwards the prices submitted. The Regie does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received. It declines all responsibility towards any bidder in the event of rejection of all bids. The contract is awarded by decision of the Regie's Board, at its sole discretion, and the Regie cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its Board.
