Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Muskegon, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Muskegon is seeking proposals from qualified companies to complete the milling and paving of 4 streets within the City of Muskegon. It is a priority of the City of Muskegon to have this project completed by October 18th, 2024 All work on Beach Street shall start after September 2, 2024 with all paving work completed by the completion date listed under the project schedule. The City reserves the right to reject any and all qualifications/proposals and to waive any irregularity in proposals received whenever such rejection or waiver is in the best interest of the City. The bidder to whom the award is made will be notified at the earliest possible date. All bidders submitting proposals will be notified when the award is made.
