The purpose of this unsealed Invitation for Bids is to obtain Bids from qualified, experienced, competent and properly trained contractors for marking/painting services located at Hanover County Municipal Airport. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, tools/supplies, equipment/machinery, transportation, and other incidentals necessary to prepare and paint the markings on the surface of Taxiway A in accordance with the requirements of the solicitation for completed work.
