Site work and paving for a civil project in Akron, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
This project consists of 2973 feet of new water main construction in Copley Township 1431 feet of 12" main on SR 162 (Copley Road) through ODOT ROW under SR 21 to connect two (2) dead end mains, and 1542 feet of 8" main on Karl Drive and N. Sunny field Drive to eliminate a Public Water System (PWS). The work shall also include, but not be limited to tapping water mains and installing new services, abandoning existing water wells and water lines on private property, installing new water lines on private property and tying into existing interior plumbing, installing new water meters and backflow device, rock excavation, pavement excavation, installing steel casing pipe, and installing new fire hydrants. Proper coordination with the City of Akron, ODOT, and Copley Township will take place. Question Deadline 08/09/2024 at 11:00 AM ET Online submission.
