Reference Number 0000275433 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/08/16 04:30:00 PM CDT Term: 2025/01/01 01:00:00 AM EST - 2027/12/31 01:00:00 AM EST It is the intent of the contract that the Contractor shall provide the services for the collection of recycling materials on a weekly basis from all private property, streets and lanes for all residences within the Rural Municipality of Tache, including the communities of Landmark and Lorette, along with the collection of recycling materials deposited at the Lorette Solid Waste Management Facility and the Monominto Transfer Station, as per the specifications outlined in this document. The Contractor is to provide services with a recycling truck that has the capabilities to facilitate the use of automated bins. The LUD of Lorette and the LUD of Landmark utilize recycling carts, and the rural areas utilize bags for recycling collection. Upon the execution an Agreement to the Contractor shall provide a Performance Bond in favour of the Municipality in an amount equal to 50% of the annual cost of the work to be performed, based on the quantities set out in Schedule A from an insurance company and on terms acceptable to the Municipality. The Bond shall remain in full force and effect for the term of this Agreement. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
